Online Purchase Try-On & Return Policy

This policy applies only to products purchased through our online store. In-store purchases follow our standard in-store policy and are final sale.

 

2. In-Store Pickup & Try-On

Customers who order online may choose In-Store Pickup.  When picking up your order, you are welcome to try on your items before taking them home.

This gives you the chance to confirm fit and satisfaction on the spot.

 

3. If the Item Does Not Fit

If the item does not fit or you are not satisfied during the in-store try-on, you may choose:

A. Immediate Return for Refund

Return the item at the counter during your pickup, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

B. Exchange (If Stock Allows)

You may exchange the item for another size or similar item of equal value, depending on availability.

 

4. Once You Leave the Store

After the item leaves our premises, the sale becomes final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the item has been taken home.

 

5. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for an immediate return or exchange during pickup:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Item must not show any wear beyond the initial try-on

 

6. Clearance/Sale Items

All sale, clearance items, and marked-down products, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
